As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reputed company representative of arenaflex, handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
