The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds our customers' expectations. Qualifications

• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
