Job reputed company
As a reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and assembling medical record documentation/charts for physicians
- Ensuring medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation
- Updating patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's medical record
- Preparing and sending reputed company documentation to physicians for review and approval reputed company authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures
- Monitoring the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures
- Complying with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and reputed company
- Performing other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned
- Demonstrating understanding necessary to assess, review, and apply reputed company
Requirements
