The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the complexities of health insurance enrollment. Essential Qualifications

• Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period

• Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
• Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company reputed company
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
