As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
