Responsibilities:
As a Medical Billing Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, referral sources, and employees through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Processing new orders, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical, billing, and care-reputed company information
- Conducting insurance verification and eligibility for services/products
- Collecting co-pays and deductible amounts
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company products and services, Medicare, reputed company, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines
- Maintaining accuracy and reputed company control throughout patient contact and data entry

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of reputed company prior work experience in reputed company-oriented environment
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of medical billing practices and of billing reimbursement
