As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company technical support, and help them navigate our enrollment tools. Responsibilities

Requirements
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support role
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing processes

- Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace

- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Call Center or customer-facing role

Compensation and Benefits
* $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
