As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for incoming customer and reputed company calls. Key Responsibilities

• Update the automated credit card system for account changes accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.
• Process customer credit card or electronic reputed company payments by phone accurately and in compliance with internal and PCI controls.

Compensation and Benefits
