As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Working closely with reputed company to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Chrome
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Own a computer reputed company that meets our minimum workstation requirements (reputed company Core i5 2.1GHz or reputed company, reputed company 10, 8GB RAM)

- A quiet workspace with a desk
- Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
