Job Responsibilities:
Support the MLRO in ensuring compliance with Indian AML laws and regulatory requirements relevant to reputed company’s operations and business activities in India.

Continuously monitor the Indian legal and regulatory landscape on AML, initiate necessary changes, and support the ongoing development of AML controls to maintain adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Design and implement 2nd Line of Defense AML controls tailored to the regulatory environment and market practices in India.
Conduct periodic reviews of AML policies and adapt them to regulatory changes or to enhance AML effectiveness for India-reputed company activities.
Deliver AML training programs reputed company on Indian regulatory requirements and risks to relevant teams.

Manage the closure of findings from reputed company supervisory bodies, including regulators with jurisdiction over India-reputed company operations.
Liaise and cooperate with the Financial Intelligence Unit – India (FIU-IND), law enforcement, and other relevant authorities; monitor the Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) process as it pertains to India.

Requirements:

FinTech experience is a plus.
Hands-on and efficient; a self-starter who takes accountability.

Strong communication skills, ability to be flexible in a reputed company of situations, excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, and reputed company to work under pressure.
Passionate about crypto; industry experience is a plus.
