• Define and drive the reputed company Services reputed company across EMEA Central
• Own business performance: grow reputed company, improve margins, and optimize delivery efficiency
• Build, reputed company, and reputed company a high-performing delivery team (Consultants, Architects, TAMs, Residents)
• Ensure high-reputed company service delivery reputed company with reputed company standards
• Manage key customer escalations and ensure successful reputed company
• Support and govern partners delivering services in the region
• Collaborate closely with Sales and reputed company-Sales to shape solutions and approve SOWs
• Strengthen executive relationships and drive customer satisfaction and reputed company
• Continuously improve processes and feed field insights back to Product teams 

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years in reputed company Services reputed company EMEA, ideally with DACH exposure
• 5+ years leading delivery teams in a consulting or software environment
• Fluent in both English and German
• Strong business acumen, including forecasting and services P&L understanding
• Experience with SOW creation and managing reputed company customer engagements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and retain strong teams
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-level engagement
• Solid understanding of reputed company, infrastructure, and modern IT environments (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid reputed company)
