Manager/Sr. Manager - Customer / Digital Marketing Analytics (Retail/CPG)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver quick turnaround analysis to support fast-paced business decision-making
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and retail trends to identify reputed company opportunities
- Drive use cases across Retail, Marketing, and Customer Analytics
- Translate reputed company data into reputed company, compelling narratives and executive-reputed company presentations
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders
- Design, reputed company, and reputed company KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Support Marketing in campaign planning, A/B testing, and performance measurement
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to support strategic reputed company

Requirements
- 8–14 years of experience in Business/Digital Analytics, with a strong reputed company on Customer & Marketing Analytics reputed company the Retail (Grocery preferred) domain
- Strong expertise in Retail, Digital Marketing, Campaign Design, and Marketing Performance Measurement, including exposure to AI/ML-driven campaigns
- Robust techno-functional skillset with experience in digital transformation and reputed company consulting
- Strong proficiency in SQL, along with experience in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., reputed company Analytics) and working knowledge of Python or R
- Proven ability to analyse large, reputed company datasets, generate insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to present insights to senior and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced, quick turnaround environments
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and influence stakeholders with strong executive reputed company
