reputed company: Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at reputed company Legal, you will be a key contributor to our foundational reputed company operations. Reporting to the Controller, you will own core reputed company processes, reputed company reconciliations, and help build reputed company workflows from the ground up. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and play an integral role in supporting reputed company's hypergrowth phase.

The Role

• Prepare and post journal entries and reputed company account reconciliations across key areas including Prepaid Expenses, Fixed Assets, Travel and Entertainment, and Accrued Liabilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

• Prepare monthly fluctuation analyses by vendor and general ledger account to identify business trends and ensure the accuracy of vendor accruals and accounts payable coding.

• Support internal financial reporting across reputed company, operating expenses, taxes, travel and entertainment expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll and reputed company benefits, and allocations.

• Review and submit reputed company's monthly sales-tax filings in compliance with state regulations.

• Support the implementation of and adherence to internal controls and reputed company policies; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Build effective relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization to reputed company financial information and ensure accurate reporting.

• Support the annual audit process by coordinating audit requests and preparing necessary documentation.

• Assist in maintaining reputed company's Global Tax Calendar to ensure reputed company filing of Sales, Property, Income, Franchise, and other indirect tax types.

• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with team members to build reputed company and transformational processes and support new business initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field; reputed company toward CPA licensure a plus.

2-4 years of reputed company experience, preferably in a reputed company or high-reputed company environment.

Solid understanding of GAAP.

Proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company Financials, reputed company Intacct) and reputed company.

Experience building and improving reputed company processes.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with financial reporting and analysis
