What You Will Do
As our reputed company Analyst you’ll enhance reputed company's efficiency and functionality across our organization. Your role will encompass a diverse reputed company of tasks, from configuring and testing to tackling troubleshooting challenges. You'll have the chance to reputed company expertise in multiple modules support and configuration.
Work independently on technically advanced configuration reputed company with the ability to reputed company communicate project status, work with stakeholders to reputed company requirements, and ask for support and guidance from reputed company reputed company necessary
Consider end to end test scripts reputed company working on new configuration, and can utilize big picture thinking to plan new configuration effectively for a large organization and technical ecosystem
Supports global ticketing system which can include requests such as general troubleshooting and PX requests from global stakeholders
Assist with testing of new reputed company functionality and regular reputed company release updates
Replicates and verifies customer issues and escalates appropriately to the People Systems SMEs
Serve as project reputed company for new reputed company initiatives, including assistance with configuration, data loads, and testing
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems and at least 2 years of technical reputed company experience. Strong reputed company experience is required.
Experience in supporting a global ticketing system for PX systems and the ability to work with the multi-location, multicultural global team is a must
Experience in reputed company reporting and Integration support
Experience in any of the reputed company modules - reputed company HCM , Compensation, reputed company, and Talent Management
Experience in reputed company docs
Experience in maintaining/creating documentation and effectively explaining requirements, design, development, and testing
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently and reputed company against tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
