Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day, full-cycle, reputed company functions of the organization in conformity with US GAAP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Update banking information daily, create ACH payments, and apply payments
Create accounts receivable invoices in Great Plains from reputed company files
Post AR payments to sales invoices
Prepare month end journal entries for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, reputed company, other allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations
Responsible for reviewing reputed company to determine reputed company calculation
Prepare end of study reconciliations for the AR team
Research AR variances as per the CRO's/Sponsors and work with internal teams to determine if adjustments, corrections, or credits are needed
Prepare intercompany entries
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor of Business Administration in reputed company from an accredited university is required or equivalent experience.
One+ years experience in GL reputed company preferred
Master’s Degree in reputed company is preferred
Great Plains experience preferred
Oncology experience preferred

The actual reputed company pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-reputed company qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
