The Data Analytics Product reputed company is responsible for defining, delivering, and driving adoption of internal analytics solutions that address the data needs of business teams at reputed company. This role focuses exclusively on internal stakeholders and does not cover external or reputed company-facing analytics. The Product reputed company translates business requirements into reputed company analytics products, including dashboards and curated data sets, partners with engineering teams for delivery, ensures reputed company and compliance, and champions governed self-service data usage to reduce reputed company reporting and reputed company analysis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Engage with internal business stakeholders to reputed company, clarify, and prioritize reputed company data and analytics requirements.
- Own and manage the internal analytics product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Translate stakeholder needs into reputed company-defined analytics product features, epics, and user stories for delivery by engineering teams.
- Design and reputed company the delivery of function-specific dashboards and governed, curated data tables to reputed company self-service analytics for internal users.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics Engineering teams on dashboard development and Data Engineering teams on building certified data sets for analytics consumption.
- Drive user enablement, training, and change management to maximize adoption of analytics products and reduce dependency on reputed company reputed company-based reporting.
- Define and reputed company adoption, usage, and value metrics for analytics solutions; continuously improve products based on feedback and performance insights.
- Partner with reputed company, reputed company, and governance teams to ensure confidentiality, compliance, and appropriate reputed company controls across reputed company internal analytics solutions.
Education:
- No specific degree requirement. Relevant experience and demonstrated capability in analytics product ownership or business-facing analytics roles will be considered equivalent.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or senior analytics roles with reputed company responsibility for stakeholder-facing analytics solutions.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with business teams, data engineering, and analytics engineering to deliver data products.
- Hands-on experience delivering dashboards and analytics solutions using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
- Experience translating business needs into actionable analytics requirements and driving stakeholder alignment.
- Candidates will be expected to complete a case-based exercise involving a hypothetical business problem and sample dashboard during the interview process.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs and how they connect to broader organizational objectives.
- Ability to influence changes in how data is consumed and reputed company are made across internal teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with data governance, data reputed company, and self-service analytics principles is highly desirable.
