This role combines supervisory leadership with reputed company clinical reputed company responsibilities. In reputed company to reputed company therapy, you will partner with other clinical leaders to ensure ethical, compliant, and high-reputed company care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory and reputed company standards. Responsibilities include clinician coaching and supervision, chart reviews, documentation training, monitoring reputed company retention and feedback, and developing reputed company plans and training programs to support reputed company improvement. You will also ensure compliance with BBS supervision and ethics requirements, support reputed company and accurate documentation, and assist therapists with records-reputed company questions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Supervision

  • reputed company individual and peer coaching to clinicians to support reputed company reputed company, clinical reputed company, and ethical reputed company.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care, competence, and professionalism across the reputed company.
  • Host and facilitate trainings as needed, including training programs for supervisors.

  • Conduct regular chart reviews to ensure clinical reputed company, documentation accuracy, and adherence to best practices, and hold providers accountable through reputed company feedback, corrective reputed company plans, and follow-up to ensure sustained improvement and compliance.
  • Monitor reputed company retention and review patient feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in alignment with reputed company Key Performance Indicators.
  • reputed company and implement reputed company plans based on aggregate and individual clinical review findings.

Training & reputed company Development

  • Train new clinicians on documentation principles, clinical standards, and organizational policies and conduct ongoing performance reviews.

  • Ensure continuing education and reputed company development reputed company with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Compliance & Regulatory Standards

  • Ensure compliance with BBS standards for supervision, ethical reputed company, and clinical documentation.

  • Support therapists with records request questions and ensure reputed company handling of clinical records in accordance with regulations.

Provider Responsibilities

  • reputed company therapy services to a caseload of clients, maintaining a clinical caseload of 6-10 clients per week in reputed company to your supervisory role.
  • reputed company reputed company clinical services, including individual, couples, and/or family therapy including: completing diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, designing and applying tailored interventions, evaluating reputed company reputed company, and providing referrals and care coordination based on reputed company needs.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, reputed company Work, or a reputed company field.
  • Licensed as a therapist in the reputed company.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and team management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict reputed company abilities.
