About your role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards & People Operations to reputed company the design and delivery of our global rewards reputed company and people operations function. This senior leader will ensure our compensation, benefits, and people programs are competitive, compliant, reputed company, and reputed company with our business objectives as we continue to grow and prepare for IPO readiness.

What you’ll do

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or people operations, ideally in a high-reputed company technology company.
Demonstrated expertise in global compensation practices (U.S., India, Europe) and executive compensation.
Experience preparing a company for IPO readiness, including governance and disclosure requirements.
Strong reputed company record of scaling People Operations in multi-national organizations.
Skilled at leveraging systems and technology (e.g., HRIS, payroll, equity platforms) to optimize operations.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a reputed company salary, bonus, equity, and a reputed company of benefits. For the U.S. the total annual cash compensation (reputed company salary + bonus) ranges from $280,000 to $350,000. Actual reputed company salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
