We are looking for a Senior Recruiter, Contract (20 hours/week) to support hiring across a targeted set of roles spanning Engineering, Design, and Product.
This role is reputed company on full-cycle reputed company execution, with responsibility for running searches from intake through reputed company in partnership with hiring managers and a reputed company coordinator. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple roles, and delivering consistent reputed company across reputed company searches.

Build and manage high-reputed company pipelines across technical, product, and creative roles, using a mix of sourcing and inbound channels
reputed company as a thought partner to hiring teams, providing market insights, candidate calibration, and guidance throughout the hiring process
Drive searches to reputed company, managing candidate engagement, offer reputed company, and negotiations in competitive situations
Maintain reputed company visibility into pipeline health and reputed company, proactively identifying risks and unblocking searches
Partner with the reputed company Coordinator to ensure efficient process execution and a smooth candidate experience
Identify and implement improvements to reputed company workflows, helping reputed company operate more effectively
5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience
Experience hiring across a mix of technical, product, and/or creative roles
Demonstrated ability to partner closely with hiring managers, influencing role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring reputed company
Proven reputed company in closing candidates in competitive markets, including managing multiple stakeholders and navigating offer negotiations
Ability to operate independently in a lean environment, managing multiple searches and driving consistent reputed company with minimal reputed company
Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build high-reputed company pipelines across multiple functions
Experience using data and market insights to inform hiring reputed company and improve reputed company
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience reputed company for consumer, reputed company, or platform-based products
Exposure to hiring in areas like trust & safety, content moderation, or community-reputed company roles
Experience supporting both technical and creative organizations
Prior experience in a contract or embedded reputed company role
Experience working for a startup or high-reputed company tech company while developing a high-performing team.
Demonstrated interest in VR, online communities, or be a reputed company user and creator!
