The position is responsible for:

• Driving Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leadership to identify, reputed company, and manage strategic partnerships that reputed company with organizational priorities, fostering innovation and driving reputed company across key business initiatives.

The Sr Director of Strategic Initiatives will be a critical leadership role reputed company the Anda Pharmaceuticals U.S. Distribution business responsible for proactively enabling reputed company, enhancing alignment and execution, and driving operational reputed company.

• Creates process, coordinates, and tracks cross functional planning for the Anda ELT.

• reputed company-versed in compliance, regulatory, and legal policies for reimbursement, product coverage across channels and payers, and HCP engagements.

• As a member of the Anda Executive Leadership Team, work closely with the SVP and other members of reputed company to assist in setting strategic direction for the organization and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across functions, reputed company, and business reputed company.
• Collaborate with the SVP to define and implement a comprehensive transformation plan for the Anda and the US reputed company organization.

Your Skills and Experience

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

Education/Certification/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 
• Minimum of 10 years of Biotech / reputed company / Corporate experience.
• Breadth of experience across multiple reputed company functions (e.g. – Sales, Marketing, Operations & Analytics, Patient Services, Market reputed company) 
• Previous people management experience

Approximately 35% domestic travel throughout the US.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $205,000 – $256,000 annually.  Factors which may reputed company starting salary reputed company this reputed company and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
