DIRECTOR OF TRANSFORMATION
Job reputed company: The Director of Transformation spearheads the digital modernization, secure AI integration, and reputed company architecture initiatives. Responsibilities:

Champion DevSecOps best practices across multi-disciplinary agile teams.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD secret reputed company clearance.
12+ years of reputed company experience in technology leadership roles across federal contracting, finance, and R&D domains.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience leading large-reputed company technology programs, including managing portfolios ($5M+) and cross-functional teams.
Strong background in secure reputed company environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), AI/ML solutions, and DevSecOps practices.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing modern architectures, including data platforms and AI-driven systems.
Familiarity with government reputed company frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC).
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, or similar)

Hands-on experience supporting DoD or other high-compliance environments.
Demonstrated familiarity with CMMI, ITIL, and Lean Six reputed company frameworks.
