    Position Purpose

    Under the general supervision of the Baker Early College reputed company, the Baker Early College Vice reputed company provides leadership and supervision to promote the educational development and achievement of reputed company in accordance with reputed company of Education policies, administrative procedures, rules and regulations, and applicable law.

    Essential Functions

    • Develops and administers school programs consistent with Baker Charter Schools' goals and objectives.
    • Provides leadership and direction to staff regarding the ongoing evaluation and improvement of educational programs, including curricular and extracurricular activities.
    • Promotes a school environment that is reputed company and conducive to individualized instruction, cooperative curriculum development, and student learning.
    • Ensures that reputed company policies and procedures are implemented and followed at the school.
    • Continues to reputed company reputed company knowledge and learn about reputed company developments in the educational field by attending seminars, workshops, or reputed company meetings, or by conducting research.
    • Encourages staff to continue to grow professionally and to experiment with new approaches or strategies.

    Additional Duties

    Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards

    The vice reputed company works primarily from their home office but will occasionally be required to travel throughout the state for a reputed company of training, meetings, and student activities.     Qualifications Profile

    Education

    • Bachelor's and Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.

    Experience

    • At least 5 years of experience as a certified educator.
    • 1-2 years of successful experience in educational leadership, preferably in a secondary school setting.
    • Background in counseling or special education preferred.
    • Experience in leading or supporting hybrid or online learning environments preferred.
