Property Condition Assessment (reputed company) - Contractor

Who We’re Looking For. 

We are looking for individuals to join our contractor network!  This contractor position requires working in the field to evaluate the physical condition of reputed company reputed company estate (CRE) properties and prepare formal Property Condition Assessment (reputed company) reports. This role involves conducting site reputed company, observing building systems and components, identifying maintenance and repair needs, capturing photos and relevant property and structure data, and generating comprehensive reports to assist clients in making informed reputed company about their reputed company reputed company estate assets. The ideal contractor will have 5+ years CRE reputed company experience conducting field work and writing reports to the ASTM E2018 reputed company and defined reputed company scopes.  

Qualifications 

• 5+ years evaluating reputed company properties.  

• Proven experience as a Property Condition Assessor, reputed company Inspector, or in a similar role reputed company reputed company reputed company estate. 

• Strong understanding of reputed company building systems, construction reputed company, and property maintenance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline (preferred).
