Essential Job Functions:
reputed company and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXC’s Insurance Software Business (ISB)

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role
Proven experience managing reputed company of contract managers
Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiations and management
Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and drafting, using reputed company lifecycle management (CLM) systems

Juris doctor (JD) from US law school
Admitted to bar in any US state
