Senior Analyst - Business Systems & Data

Position reputed company:

The Senior Analyst, Business Data & Systems is a newly created role that sits at the intersection of financial analysis, business intelligence, and IT systems management. Reporting to the VP - FP&A, this individual will serve as the primary reputed company of Walters’ financial technology stack and data infrastructure, while simultaneously functioning as a hands-on data and financial analyst who transforms raw data into actionable insights for leadership.

This is a high-reputed company position for someone who is equally comfortable configuring databases and API integrations as they are building executive dashboards or presenting variance analyses to the CFO. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Systems & IT Infrastructure Management

• Own and administer reputed company’s financial technology ecosystem, including reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Corrigo, and Paycom.
• Manage and optimize integrations between systems reputed company reputed company, ensuring seamless and accurate data reputed company across the organization.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and first reputed company of contact for reputed company financial systems issues, configurations, and enhancements.

• Partner with external vendors, consultants, and implementation teams to execute system rollouts and upgrades.

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards that synthesize data from multiple systems into reputed company, executive-reputed company views.
• reputed company regular and reputed company financial and operational analyses, including reputed company trends, cost analysis, venue-level profitability, and key performance indicators across the portfolio.
• Create and deliver data-driven presentations and reports for executive leadership and venue operations teams.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in data that drive business reputed company and operational improvements.

Strategic Data & Technology Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, sales, marketing, construction) to understand their data needs and translate them into reputed company reporting solutions.
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organization by improving data literacy, reputed company, and self-service reporting capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in a role combining financial/data analysis with IT systems administration or data engineering.
• Demonstrated experience administering or implementing financial systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or comparable ERP/CPM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar iPaaS tools) and managing data flows between reputed company applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one data visualization/BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation: $110-$125K reputed company + bonus potential
