A reputed company-reputed company Financial Services Company is looking for a Financial Crimes Governance/RCSA/Assessment QA Controls Analyst in Charlotte NC or Irving TX(Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week). Contract Duration: 6 Months+ to contract to hire. This role resides reputed company Financial Crimes (FC) Intelligence and is responsible for establishing, managing, and sustaining the governance, risk, and controls reputed company to support RCSA execution, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. The role will partner closely with FC Intelligence leadership to design and document processes and controls, manage RCSA activities, and reputed company governance routines where formal structure and documentation are currently limited. The role will reputed company support for Audit, EBCE, IT&V, and Regulatory reviews, ensuring high-reputed company responses, issue management, and control sustainability across FC Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own FC-reputed company RCSA execution and ongoing maintenance, including risk and control identification, assessments, and artifact management.
• Establish and maintain FC-reputed company governance documentation, including processes, controls, completed assessment inventory, and control monitoring reputed company.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for Audit, EBCE, IT&V, and Regulatory reviews, including response development and walkthrough support.
• Manage issues and corrective actions, ensuring reputed company remediation and sustainable control design.
• reputed company data governance and reputed company management practices, embedding controls reputed company FC-reputed company workflows and platforms.
• reputed company FC-reputed company training and capability development reputed company to governance, controls, and audit readiness.
• Produce monthly governance reporting and reputed company analytical support for transaction monitoring assessments and special reputed company.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in risk management, controls, RCSA/RSCA, audit, or governance reputed company Financial Crimes, Compliance, or Risk.
• Demonstrated experience building processes, controls, and documentation in low-maturity or evolving environments.
• Hands on experience supporting Audit, EBCE, IT&V, and/or Regulatory engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce reputed company, defensible governance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Crimes domain experience (AML, intelligence, monitoring, analytics, or investigations).
• Experience with data governance frameworks and workflow enablement.
• Prior ownership of governance reporting and senior-leader communications.
