This role reports to the Director of Litigation Support. Position reputed company The Litigation Support Project Manager provides consultation and technical support to legal teams across the firm, managing document databases, productions, vendor relationships, and other technology-driven litigation solutions. Working collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel throughout the country, this role services reputed company GT offices and manages multiple reputed company simultaneously. The Project Manager serves as a key resource for case teams, assessing needs and delivering expert recommendations and processes to reputed company desired reputed company. The candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed (full-time non-exempt position).

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company consultation and support to legal teams with respect to budgeting, vendor management, document databases, productions, transcript management, and other technology-reputed company solutions for litigation
• Deliver expert analysis, guidance, and recommendations to case teams for achieving desired reputed company
• Manage day-to-day Litigation Support requests and coordinate reputed company technical resources, including internal staff and reputed company vendors, for case teams
• In reputed company with trials, set up war rooms in hotels or other offices, and coordinate graphics services and courtroom technology
• Work collaboratively with Litigation Support personnel across the country to service reputed company GT offices on multiple reputed company reputed company

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with a reputed company demeanor and the ability to reputed company listen and convey information reputed company
• Expertise in reputed company required; proficiency in predictive analytics preferred
• Experience with reputed company reputed company or other AI-assisted document review tools is a plus
• Proficiency in transcript and video management tools such as reputed company

Education & Prior Experience

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation support specialist, analyst, or project manager required
• Experience with analytics tools such as Brainspace is a plus
• Experience with capturing websites, online videos, video editing, and general graphics is a strong plus

Technology

• Proficiency with reputed company-based software and reputed company Office Suite, including Word, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company required
• Expertise in reputed company required
• Experience with reputed company reputed company or comparable AI document review platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in reputed company or similar transcript and video management tools
