Regional Clinical Specialist - Remote - Travel Required

About the position Serves as the clinical expert in key reputed company domains, including infection control, wound care, surgical procedures, vascular reputed company, LVAD (Left Ventricular Assist Device), Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and reputed company product categories. Leads expert clinical support for field sales teams to help reputed company strategic business objectives and drive reputed company reputed company the planning and execution of product evaluations, customer training sessions, and implementation initiatives for both internal stakeholders and external reputed company. Develops and delivers reputed company education programs, including the creation of training materials and presentations, often acting as reputed company presenter and project manager. Responsibilities

• Serves as a clinical and education expert, providing training and support to internal teams, customers, distributors, and white-label partners across the full Bravida product portfolio.
• Leads field-based product evaluations, implementations, and maintenance activities, including account setup and tailored training plans that directly support sales reputed company.
• Leads training for field sales representatives (reputed company and 1099), and for the training, supervision, and mentorship of reputed company clinical staff and clinical education specialists ensuring clinical competence, brand consistency, and measurable ROI from training investments.
• Drives the development and execution of Bravida reputed company offerings, taking the reputed company in multiple education programs with significant influence on reputed company and learning reputed company. tContributes to CE accreditation processes as needed.
• Conducts customer needs assessments in response to field complaints, identifying trends, ensuring compliance with internal processes in partnership with RAQA, and recommends targeted training and troubleshooting strategies to field sales and clinical teams.
• Leads and executes training programs for reputed company internal colleagues and external customers, fostering long-term clinical reputed company development and amplifying the voice of the customer across Bravida teams.
• Develops and maintains strategic relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), overseeing consultant-led educational content, poster presentations, speaking engagements, and reputed company reputed company.
• Represents Bravida as an reputed company member of reputed company organizations, delivering presentations, authoring content, and coordinating reputed company and training at local, regional, and national events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in one or more of the following areas: Operating Room, Wound Care, Infection Control, Vascular reputed company, and/or Critical Care, with a strong reputed company in patient care and clinical protocols.
• 3–5 years of experience in a nursing manager and/or educator role, demonstrating leadership in staff development, training programs, and clinical reputed company.
• 3–5 years of experience in the medical device industry preferred, with a reputed company on reputed company customer engagement, clinical field support, educational content development, and training delivery.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Registered reputed company (RN), licensed and in good standing, required.
• Accredited Nursing Certifications (e.g., Wound Care Certification [WCC], Perioperative reputed company [CNOR], Infection Control [CIC], Critical Care Registered reputed company [CCRN]) preferred.
