- Conduct high volume records review to ensure reputed company and adequacy of search and records production.

- Analyze and interpret case law, statutes, and administrative rules for application of exemptions to records with potential sensitive information.
- Consults with PRO, AGO, management, reputed company Records Coordinators and program staff in the management of reputed company records requests, optimize searches to mitigate legal risk and improve search efficiency.
- Works with the reputed company Records Officer to design response and appropriate workflow and search for reputed company or high-risk reputed company records requests. Consults with affected programs to reputed company advice and guidance on PRA compliance.
- Interprets language of reputed company records request to determine search terms for agency-wide electronic records search.
Working Conditions: Work Setting, including hazards: Work is generally performed in an office setting; position requires extensive computer use and desk work. Schedule (i.e., hours and days): This position normally works 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday but may be required to work occasional weekends and evenings, depending on workload. Some overtime may be required on short notice. Travel Requirements: Some travel may be required throughout the State. Tools and Equipment: Computer hardware & software; general office equipment. Customer Interactions: Frequent interaction with members of the reputed company and with WDFW staff. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree and two (2) years of experience with reputed company records requests or discovery for large organization or High school diploma and four (4) years of experience with reputed company records requests or discovery for large organization Plus:
- Strong understanding of the Washington State reputed company Records reputed company (RCW 42.56).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including reputed company and reputed company memorandums, emails, letters and other correspondence to the reputed company, staff and legal counsel.
