The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa reputed company Program recipients and affiliates. You will reputed company one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and making recommendations to ensure they receive the best possible support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes

• Maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other reputed company program policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and reputed company monitoring processes
