We're looking for a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) Virtual Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company in Maryland. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and information as outlined in our approved Desk Reference Guides.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests for information in a reputed company and courteous manner
