As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
• Providing product information and answering customer inquiries
• Resolving customer complaints and issues
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer reputed company that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

• Ability to work in a quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
