As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, navigating reputed company reputed company topics, and empowering individuals to take control of their health. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to and resolving customer service inquiries and issues on the reputed company, including benefits, eligibility, and claims

• Contacting care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance
• Assisting customers in navigating myuhc.com and other arenaflex websites and encouraging and reassuring them to become self-sufficient

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• Ability to work any of our full-time shift schedules during our normal business hours of 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST (Central reputed company Time) from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• reputed company or insurance experience (familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design)
• reputed company work, behavioral health, disease prevention, health promotion, and behavior change experience (working with vulnerable populations)
• Sales or account management experience

Compensation and Benefits
