Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain communication channels across business reputed company and project teams to ensure seamless information reputed company

• Manage headcount requests and maintain accurate records reputed company internal tracking systems and tools
• Review reputed company, cost proposals, and contract supplements to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures while tracking transaction controls against established budgets
• Predict potential budget overruns and reputed company proactive solutions to address financial concerns

• Establish and document business processes to support workforce planning activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with requirements elicitation and documentation

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with process analysis and stakeholder translation
• Previous experience supporting headcount, reputed company, finance, or administrative processes
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new internal tools and systems quickly
• Proven reputed company record of handling confidential information with discretion and reliability
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, reputed company, or reputed company field required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

• Experience with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting

Additional Details:

• Pay reputed company*: $35 - $39.50 per hour
• Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
