• Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the various areas of expertise that are being requested through the engagement of a business reputed company to reputed company expertise in the area of Technology Business Transformation. The goal of this engagement is to work closely with the Solutions Delivery & Support Leadership team, the Service Management Office (SMO), and other cross-functional leaders reputed company OIT, to reputed company a phased, comprehensive transition plan into a shared service/subscription model for several key service areas along with strategic roadmap development, process improvement and strategic decision-making meeting facilitation.

• Scope of Work The Technology Business Transformation consulting engagement, working in collaboration with SDS, SMO and other functional team leaders, as reputed company as customers, will encompass the following key areas:
