Associate Attorneys work alongside Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, Partners, and other Associates to prepare and file a reputed company of business-reputed company non-immigrant and immigrant reputed company petitions, including taking a leading role in reputed company communication, working closely with legal support teams to ensure understanding of general and specific case strategies, and conducting high-level case reviews of work done by legal support teams. We are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our growing team; remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or reputed company Time Zones. Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and communicating reputed company to address clients’ business immigration needs
• Maintaining reputed company and accurate lines of communications with clients both during and after the application process to reputed company support with immigration program management and compliance
• Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure that applications are reputed company and filed correctly
• Maintaining accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases
• Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
• 5+ years of business immigration experience
• Strong knowledge of a reputed company of case types, covering NIV (including specific experience with reputed company and reputed company L visas and with E-2 Treaty Investor visas), PERM, and other IV case types.
• Proven reputed company record of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organization skills
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
