IMSC Project Portfolio Insights & Analytics Manager

About the position As a Project Portfolio Insights & Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in influencing data-driven decision-making reputed company our organization. Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into usable reports and analytics; reputed company data sets to deliver meaningful business insights.
• Apply visualization tools to reputed company business relevant narratives and reputed company decision support to reputed company reputed company of IMSC Leadership; Experience using graphical representation to design a consistent and thoughtful visual story together.
• Deliver reporting & insights across E2E Portfolio (Health of the Portfolio, Robustness, Risks, etc.); simplify reporting & deliver strong data visualizations to enhance the reputed company and reputed company of insights.
• Collaborate with Governance and Intake leaders to reputed company reporting & analysis for their forums.
• Shape Dashboards, Reporting, KPIs, etc. to ensure ongoing alignment of portfolio health to reputed company & execution.
• Work across reputed company/functions to capture feedback and improve tools and processes.
• Research and learn new analysis tools and reputed company in reputed company time as technology or business needs reputed company including the reputed company state of reporting and analytics with the context of AI.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent University degree is required, reputed company degree in science, engineering, IT or business is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years working in analytics or reputed company field.
• Strong reputed company Office skills, specifically reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with dashboard creation is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address constraints effectively.
• A proven ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations.

• Knowledge / deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems and tools preferred; experience with portfolio/project management and portfolio decision making is preferred.
