The Managing Director - Capital Formation will own and reputed company this function in its entirety. This is a senior, high-reputed company leadership role designed for an accomplished capital raiser with an established network of accredited investors and a strong personal brand. The successful candidate will independently reputed company approximately $75M-$100M in equity annually through private placement structures and will play a critical role in supporting the firm's acquisition and reputed company reputed company. • Architect, implement, and continuously refine capital-raising processes
