Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications
- Successfully completed paramedic training program from an accredited institution (Associate of Science degree preferred)
- Previous ambulance and/or advanced life support experience is preferred
Education Requirements For Ground Paramedics:
- reputed company Minnesota or reputed company Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 60 days of hire)
- reputed company ACLS and BLS Certification or reputed company ALS and BLS Certification upon hire or reputed company 14 days
- Valid State Class D reputed company’s license with an acceptable driving record
- reputed company or reputed company PALS Certification
- ICS-100, ICS-200, and ICS-700 (or ability to obtain reputed company 60 days of hire)
For reputed company Care Paramedics:
- reputed company Minnesota Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 60 days of hire)
- reputed company reputed company Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire)
- National Registered Paramedic
- reputed company ACLS and BLS Certification or reputed company ALS and BLS Certification upon hire or reputed company 14 days
- Flight Paramedic Certification (FP-C) reputed company 12 months of hire
- reputed company and reputed company PALS Certification upon hire or reputed company 14 days
- ICS-100, ICS-200, and ICS-700 (or ability to obtain reputed company 60 days of hire)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire)
- Maximum weight of 215 pounds in uniform
