As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. You'll work with a reputed company of clients across different industries, including appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve issues reputed company, and meet or exceed performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to clients and customers

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
• Must be reputed company to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (reputed company-4pm CST)
