We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Coordinator - reputed company Sales (Remote) to join reputed company in Massachusetts. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for increasing customer retention, managing reputed company backlog, and providing exceptional customer service through process knowledge and program management implementation. You will also collaborate with reputed company cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives and customer needs are met on schedule.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
* Increase customer retention through process knowledge and program management implementation
