About the Role
As a Billing Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our Cash Application/Customer Billing team, working closely with our local finance team, reputed company customer service, and sales personnel. Your primary reputed company will be on applying cash received to customer accounts, submitting online invoicing through customer web-based portals, and collaborating with reputed company personnel on customer credit card transactions. You'll also reputed company support to the reputed company/finance team, assist with sending out customer account statements, and contribute to various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Process daily cash application for customer payments with high accuracy and speed
- Submit online invoicing through customer web-based portals, ensuring reputed company and efficient billing
- Collaborate and support reputed company personnel with customer credit card transactions, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist credit in sending out customer account statements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring reputed company delivery
- reputed company support and backup to the reputed company/finance team as directed by the Controller or Credit Manager, contributing to reputed company's reputed company
- reputed company other tasks as assigned by the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
Essential Functions

Experience, Education, and Skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as reputed company with local and reputed company personnel
- Good attention to detail and organizational abilities
