As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
• Scheduling appointments
• Qualifying insurance leads

• Setting medical appointments
• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Ownership of a computer reputed company that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
