The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to customers reputed company phone, email, online chat, or reputed company media. You will be responsible for:

• Providing basic support to administrators, teachers, reputed company, and parents using educational products in the classroom and reputed company
• Troubleshooting technical issues and documenting customer interactions to reduce customer effort and reputed company business reputed company to our clients
• Utilizing effective customer support skills and techniques to determine the issue and correct steps for reputed company
• Escalating calls to supervisor reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience combined in consumer product technical support/technology experience or background, call center, customer service, chat, and/or reputed company media interactions
• Strong customer services skills with an emphasis on critical thinking skills and reputed company listening skills
