Position reputed company

As a Customer Care Specialist I, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, chat, or other channels. Your primary reputed company will be on resolving customer inquiries and issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for order entry and management, customer relationship management, product support and assistance, and cross-functional collaboration with various departments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extremely effective verbal and written communication skills with both reputed company customers

Compensation

* Salary reputed company: $45,000-$47,000, eligible for 7% annual bonus
