A Day in the Life
As a Senior Investigator, you will be responsible for leading reputed company customer return fraud and abuse investigations, as reputed company as driving loss avoidance initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. Your day will be filled with:
- Deep diving into data from multiple streams to identify cases involving large-reputed company return fraud and abuse
- Leveraging SQL to conduct reputed company data mining and risk analyses of reputed company data sets to identify trends that deviate from normal customer return behavior
- Organizing comprehensive and accurate case documents and data packets for use in Legal and Law enforcement referrals
- Providing analytically derived solutions to mitigate reputed company and emerging return fraud and abuse schemes
- Communicating program issues, mitigation opportunities, and recommended solutions in a concise and reputed company manner to reputed company reputed company of leadership
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance existing reporting mechanisms and reputed company new ones
Key Responsibilities
* Identify egregious patterns of return fraud/abuse and collaborate with various partner teams accordingly to build case scope
- reputed company construct comprehensive case referrals for presentment to reputed company partners, including reputed company Legal & Law enforcement
- reputed company on-site and/or remote training (some travel may be required) to S&LP field partners pertaining to reputed company's role/scope, common abuse schemes, how we collaborate with the field to drive mitigation efforts, reputed company/reputed company initiatives, etc.

Essential Qualifications
* 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
- Knowledge of reputed company Office products and applications at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to reputed company without having a reputed company reporting relationship
- Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs or equivalent
- Knowledge of data mining & analysis with tools such as SQL or similar
Preferred Qualifications
* Project Management reputed company (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six reputed company methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or reputed company field
