Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Experience Representative & AI Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Monitoring and managing AI-handled chats, emails, texts, and phone call transcripts
- Proactively identifying issues AI is unable to resolve, intervening as needed, and ensuring a smooth customer experience
