As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating reputed company systems, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

- Assist family members and beneficiaries with claims processes and answer account information

Requirements
* 1-2 years of call center experience, with a strong reputed company on customer service
- 1-2 years of experience with reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company Office and other software applications

- Ability to attend training and nesting at our office in Warwick, RI
