As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
