As a Data Entry Administrator with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company accurate and complete data into computer programs, ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols

• Produce and maintain data reports, highlighting inconsistencies or issues that require management attention
• reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company necessary
• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that reputed company information is up-to-date and reliable
• Undertake special reputed company, providing periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project
• reputed company audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
• Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing, including data entry and records management

• Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
• Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information
• Determine if work assignments need supervisor reputed company

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of relevant experience required
• Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years, working continuously for 3 years

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business administration, computer science)

• 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Certification in data entry or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)

Home Office Requirements

* Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity)

• Minimum 5mbps upload speed
• Connectivity to the internet reputed company either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet reputed company cable to the home router
• Private work area and adequate power reputed company
• Must currently and permanently reputed company in the reputed company US
